There are not many sake breweries in Tokyo, but this is a historical sake brewery in Fussa. Fussa is home to the U.S. Yokota Air Base. The combination of an American town and a sake brewery that has been making sake since the late Edo period (1603-1868) is quite an interesting combination, and I can imagine many things.
