It's not crisp, but the overall lightness and gentle acidity are interesting. But on our menu, I didn't pair it with seafood...(all dead). We had it with motsu.
I think it's better not to pair it with food (rather with water?). I think the more you don't pair it with food (rather with water?), the more you can show the potential of the sake. I think I could be a muso at a sake tasting party!
