Tonight we enjoyed #Sakaya Hachibei Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu from #Motosaka Shuzo in Taki-gun, Mie Prefecture while watching the WBC on TV. It had been in the refrigerator of a certain liquor store for more than 3 years. It is really delicious with complex flavors such as nuts and dried fruits, both cold and hot.
I will drink it with care 😊.
