Southern Bistro Umemenosu's last, what a surprise! Shinsei!
The manager must have been so happy because he looked so pleased that he served the rest of the drinks (laugh)!
(A sake with a serial number is great, isn't it?
I wondered how it would be since it was the last glass. I wondered how it would be since it was the last one, but when I put it in my mouth, it was full of the feeling of cask sake! Backslapping!
The clear acidity is as usual.
If I had opened my mouth, I might have drunk all of it (laugh).
It was very delicious!
And after this, the manager makes an outrageous suggestion.
There is a top-of-the-line sake from Hououmida.
It is made by polishing 30% special Yamada-Nishiki and brewed for another 3 years, and the regular price is 20,000 yen.
So, how about 3,000 yen for 30 ml? I asked.
What does a 20,000 yen bottle of sake taste like? My mind wandered for a moment, but then I thought, "No, no, if that's the retail price, it's 3.5 times the regular price, right? I thought to myself, "It would be cheaper to buy it at the regular price and drink it, even if I just have a taste, right? I decided to stay away from it (laugh).
(laughs) Well, even if you buy it at the regular price, it's still expensive.
I was a bit put off by the level of the drink at the bar of a luxury hotel (laugh).
I decided to take the Shinkansen to the hotel, hoping to have a chance to drink it someday. (I was so glad that I had the opportunity to visit the Polish people.

Tomoyuki Kumagai, good evening 🌆.
So Houou Mida is the sake that blew me away😱.
3,000 yen for 30ml? I will never have a chance to buy this sake, but I guess Mr. Kumagai, being a gentleman, thought you have money and recommended it to you 🤭.

Good evening, 3KAN4ON! (^O^)
No, I was probably so excited at Shinsei that I made the manager think that this might work. I made the manager think it might work.
Such ridiculously expensive alcohol is only drunk when the family is all together.
