Rice used: 100% Ishikawa-mon from Ishikawa Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 14%.
This was the last bottle at the liquor store. It has more gas than the Sumi Sake we had the other day, and it's a bit more gassy and chippy 😉.
Maybe it's my imagination, but this one has more sweetness, but at 14%.
I could have compared the two 🤣.
But then again, we don't always compare Sono Kangiku either, and, well, they are both delicious 😄.
