I have been slacking on updates lately. No wonder it's been so hot 🥵.
Summer is a dry boom, so here ‼️ you all know Bakuren, which I bought with Yamahoshi at my usual sake theme park store.
When it comes to super dry sake, this is usually recommended, but what do you think?

I can't tell with my stupid nose, but I think I can just detect a slight alu feeling. It's not that strong of a scent.
Now take a sip🍻🍶.
Yes, it is dry but very easy to drink. Maybe it's because I drank Yamahoshi afterwards?
Basically, I drink it chilled, but it might be good warmed up. But it is delicious enough as it is, so let's drink it as it is for now!

Sometimes when a sake is even more limited or famous, you expect more 😅I often make that mistake 🤣.
I'm sure this one will be a definite repeat 🍶 since the Bakuren is cheaper than most of the super dry ones.
