This is the second collaboration sake between SENKYO and SAKELABO TOKYO. I tried to make a reservation at 11:10 a.m., but it was already sold out, and my 10 minutes of arrogance proved to be fatal. I had given up hope that it would be impossible this time, but Mr. Kakinuma told me that he would make a second reservation for me, so I rushed in right on time this time and made a reservation.
This time it was nigori sake, and when I opened the bottle, there were enough bubbles to make the lees start dancing in the bottle, giving it a more beginner-friendly feel. The flavor was just as juicy and silky as last time, perhaps due to the acidity, and it was too delicious.
I wanted to buy two bottles because I ran out in two days. If there will be another one, I won't be so proud of myself.
