September 26, 2018 At Kaishu (before moving to Dogo) in Matsuyama City. The last sake of the day was Jyushiro. It is a Junmai Daiginjo using our own developed rice "Ryu no Bastard". Junmai Daiginjo used. The fruity aroma and elegant and elegant sweetness spread in the mouth, but It has a good crispness and can be drunk neatly. We enjoyed it with sashimi of natural ayu fish with sashimi of ayu fish.
