Misono" is a happy word that refers to the imperial family, and the name "Misono-take" is said to have been given by adding bamboo, the family crest of the Takeshige family. Wow, I've aged my own sake at room temperature a few times (I just forgot), but it's rather rare for the brewer himself to do it. The corners have been removed and it's very mellow. It is as thick and mellow as it claims to be. The slight sourness and sweetness are offset by the spiciness derived from the alcohol. This is the 500,000,000,000th bottle of the One Cup One Pack Festival.
