Today's dinner was decided to be tempura, so I hurriedly bought it at a nearby Aeon.
It is fermented with natural yeast and is bubbly and slightly cloudy, like a spring haze.
The slight cloudiness is like a spring haze. The aroma is subdued and there is a hint of bitterness from the gas.
We enjoyed it with tempura of spring vegetables such as kogomi and rape blossoms.
