The last sightseeing tour of the day was a visit to "Neputa Village" to see the Hirosaki Neputa and Tsugaru shamisen!
The "jonkarabushi" performed by the shamisen player with his skillful hand movements, and the powerful and powerful ondo of the neputa drummers and their expert baton handling, combined with the traditional artistry of neputa, made for a heart-stopping experience...!
Combined with the traditional artistry of neputa, it was a heart-stopping moment...!
And lastly, "Morai" on the right side.
The aroma is mild and fruity, with melon and pear flavors.
The mouthfeel is light with a pungent, chili pepper flavor, but it is full of umami, with a rich, juicy sweetness and the full flavor of rice.
It also has a refreshing and outstanding sharpness. This was my first time drinking this brand, but it was no less delicious than "Tasake" or "Toyobai" ✨.
We finished with apple and scallop gratin!
It all happened so fast, but each one was a memorable trip to Tohoku 🤗.
