I had a business trip to Hiroshima, so I visited a famous liquor store in front of Hiroshima Station that is often mentioned in Sake no Wa 🍶 very stylish!
I bought a bottle of Hiroshima sake, Amego no Tsuki. I was told that there are only a few stores in Hiroshima that carry this slightly sparkling nigori sake.
Second fermentation in the bottle makes opening the bottle a challenge 💦.
Although it is a sparkling sake, it tastes dry and unobtrusive, as is typical of Ame-go-Tsuki. The gas in the bottle accentuates the refreshing feeling and makes it easy to drink.
It's a 16°C sake, but I finished it in no time 😅.
