One of the sake "Abe" field-based projects, "Akada" is a rice field-based brand that uses 100% Gohyakumangoku from the Akada area of Kariwa Village, Kariwa County, Niigata Prefecture. The taste is completely different depending on the rice field. It has a vivid taste with a harmony of glossy umami and smooth acidity in a clear mouthfeel. It is perfect with the taro that feels the strong soil. Abe, it's quite good.
