I reserved Koshi's limited Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake "Aketsora" at a sake shop and was informed that there was a trapple during the preparation of the sake and the release would be delayed for about a month, at the end of the year.
So it finally went on sale! When I went to buy it, I found this sake next to the Akesora...
I guess it must have been a hard time, though there are some circumstances (trouble at the time of preparation) written on the back of the label...
I was looking at it, and then I went to the liquor store,
I thought to myself, "If I buy ake no sora, I have to buy these various circumstances too!
He recommended me to buy it (laugh).
Basically, I mainly drink junmai (pure rice), but this one has brewer's alcohol added to it (or maybe it has been added).
I took a sip and found that the sweetness came to the forefront,
The sweetness comes to the forefront 🍯.
But I'm impressed that they were able to put it together like this after all the trouble they went through with the brewing process.
