It's been a while since I've had a drink at home!
When I think of Aomori Prefecture, Toyo cup and Tasake come to mind, but have I ever had this sake before?
Sakuta...... is clean and crisp.
It has a discreet yet umami flavor.
I have the impression that this sake can be enjoyed as a food sake rather than as a stand-alone sake.
This kind of sake is better served at room temperature than chilled.
It is a little different from my taste, but it is an easy-drinking sake that goes down smoothly!
