The first Toyobai!
There are only two sake stores in Hokkaido where you can buy Toyobai, so this is the long-awaited Toyobai.
I asked the store owner what he would like to drink first. I asked the shop owner what he would drink first, and he said "Tokujun! So I did!
Not much of an aroma.
In the mouth, it is slightly fruity and has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
Easy to drink, maybe too much!
