The slight lees in the bottle is just right and the taste is stable 😍.

I can say that for all 3 brothers, it's amazing that the acidity doesn't weaken a couple of days after opening the bottle 😳.

Nice review of the 3 brothers at a glance ‼️ 🤗Ours is a chatty repo, so it may not be helpful 😅But surely, it's a healthy acidity even after a few days of drinking 👍and definitely delicious 😋.
