I asked for 90ml of the three easy-to-drink sets because I have been curious about these sakes for a while 🍶.
I started with Edo yeast.
The first aroma was mildly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the juicy sweetness and acidity.
Then, there is a mysterious milky overtone aroma.
This overtone is really a mysterious aroma.
It was just plain delicious.
The menu says "kyoho" as if it were a grape, but it didn't have any fruitiness at all... 🍇.

I haven't had too many kinds, but I think the Concept Workers one was easier to drink😄.

Okura is something I drink to be scared of, so the taste is secondary (just kidding).
I guess many of the ones with a high sake degree minus are easy to drink.
