Sake brewed with Muscat of Alexandria yeast.
The aroma is fruity and sweet, but for some reason I detected a hint of natto (fermented soybeans) in the back of the nose.
When drinking it, it is very fruity and sweet, and the sweetness genre is like syrup or honey.
The good thing is that it can be drunk lightly as it is low in alcohol content with some acidity.
