I was parking my car in the company parking lot. I found a dead baby rat next to the driver's door😅 I wonder if someone is harassing me. I'm being bullied 🤣🤣 I thought Mizutoki doesn't go well with ankou nabe so I opened this one 😆. So I opened a bottle of this one. Of all the freshly squeezed new sake I drank last year It was ranked pretty high 😁. It's as good as I expected it to be 😆. The second one is a sweet potato shochu called Goro. It's a little cloudy. This is the sweetpotato shochu! It tastes like a sweet potato shochu 😁. They say it's unfiltered. There is a new shochu in shochu I want to try many kinds of shochu! Oh, what's hot water with shochu? You put shochu in hot water and wait about 2 minutes. and wait about 2 minutes It doesn't have that strong aroma and it becomes mellow. and it seems to mellow out the flavor.

I've heard that miso flavor is good, but Fukuoka has a lot of ponzu, so I went with ponzu 😁Next time I'll try miso flavor 😁I'm worried I'll get gout from eating ankou (red liver).
