It was served hot.
It has a moderate sweet aroma of rice, and when you take a sip, the sweetness is quickly followed by a crisp, dry acidity.
It is not tiring to drink and goes well with a meal.
I served it with kombu tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce and kelp) as a side dish.
Delicious 😋.
