Disappointed that there was no tasting of sake made with Lacancea yeast collected from the Chine Muscat grape...
The sake we tasted was
Junmai Ginjo Sakura Saki
Junmai Ginjo Nakadare
Sakurazaki is a sake made with Lacancea yeast from Someiyoshino cherry trees.
Well, it was like a wine yeast sake.
Nakadare is not one of the hottest Tottori sake, but it is crisp and dry. It had a slight hackneyed flavor.
