I drank Gudokitoshi, Yamagata Masamune, and Tobiroki last weekend, and as it happens, they have a similar taste. The label is also black based.
The sweetness, sourness, and aroma were the strongest. After opening the bottle, I felt the alcohol was strong.
After a week after opening the bottle, the corners are removed and the rich flavor stands out.
