Shinshu Spring Color SAKE Festival.
Food tents were set up around the festival. The kushiyaki skewers looked delicious, but I had just eaten lunch, so I concentrated on drinking.
I'll have the Takaten 😋.
The color is light and cloudy.
When you sip it, you will taste sweetness.
And a little sourness and astringency.
The astringent taste lingers in the aftertaste.
It is a very drinkable sake.
