It was served hot. The manager of the restaurant I usually go to insisted that I have it hot. It was delicious. But I don't know how to drink hot sake, so I thought I'd like to drink cold sake as well and taste various kinds of sake.
So I quietly popped some on the table and had some cold sake, which was dry.
