A limited edition sake from Suzuden in Yotsuya.
It blows out loudly as soon as it is opened. It is energetic.
The mouthfeel is dry for a Sharaku sake, and the milky rice flavor, umami, and sweetness slowly spread.
After the second day of opening the bottle, the dryness and corners were removed and the original rice flavor, sweetness, and milkyness characteristic of muddy sake were fully felt.
