Good evening, it's early, the last day of April and I'm still working as usual in the middle of GW, but it's not bad because I feel I'm making progress in digesting my tasks. I finished work early and went to Gym to work out 🏋️🏋️♀️🏋️ and after sweating it out, I opened a bottle of this drink 💁.
Hirotogawa Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Nama 2023BY✨
A junmai nigori raw version of the popular junmai nigori raw version that is very popular year after year, I forgot how I got it since I let it sit for a while, but I think it's a rare one 😅.
I imagined it to be a rampaging horse when I opened the bottle, but I guess it was in a very cold environment, so it was quiet and easy 😌.
The aroma is not at all old, but rather clear and herbal.
The bitterness in the aftertaste is weak because it is pure Dai, but the alcohol is strong and lingers for a long time 😊.
I heard there is also a Jungin Ver of this one but I haven't got it yet so I'd like to try it next time 🙌
