The taste is very much like Urakasumi's. However, it is not too classic and can be enjoyed with burdock mayonnaise or Chinese broccoli.
This is Urakasumi's strength, after all.
I am a fan of heated sake, but this sake was best at room temperature rather than heated. The bitterness is pleasant.
