This drink was actually supposed to be drunk at New Year.
But I don't remember anything after I took it out of the fridge...

When I woke up in the morning, the bottle was empty, so the fact that the other people drank it well is clear.

Freshly opened, it has a gassy feel and a fluffy aroma of rice. It has a firm mouthfeel with a lingering alcohol finish.
When paired with an Italian side dish, it is a good marriage of more acidity and freshness.
