When you taste it, it is green apple-like and more acidic than expected. The fruity sweetness expands and finishes with some bitterness.
It is slightly bitter and sour, but I guess it is in the middle of today's modern style. As a result, it was the only fire-brewed sake today, but it was the most modern.
