This is the main brand of Hazama Sake Brewery in Nakatsugawa City.
Purchased at a supermarket in Sutechi-cho when we went for a drive in Nakatsugawa City.
It is made from Yumesansui and Yamadanishiki produced in Aichi Prefecture.
The aroma is a weak lychee-type ginjo aroma.
Weak acidity and sweetness from umami come in turn.
It is easy to drink and refreshing.
