Hitogokochi Sake 🍶.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a light sweetness with a hint of acidity.
It finishes with a slight astringency.
Tsukiyoshi's is very stable, although I have not drunk much of it yet.
It is a good example of a sake that has won a gold medal at the New Sake Competition.
It is very drinkable and delicious 😋✨️
