I don't have enough room in my fridge, so I'm having them hold the remaining 2 bottles of Sawahime 😅I took one of them back.
First Tochigi Ai in July 🥰.
Nama sake version of the sake we had at Keihan department store
It feels juicy and rough.
When opened, it is about half sweet and half spicy, and feels much wilder than the fire-aged version. When the temperature rises a little, it has a juicy sweetness like golden sugar candy. The bitterness is strong towards the end.
It is a little difficult to describe with my vocabulary.

It's difficult to write a review because the taste impression changes so much depending on the temperature range 💦.
Maybe Tochigi sake will be a Sawahime series 😁.
