The sweetness comes first, then changes to a very crisp and dry taste with no aftertaste.
I was surprised at this change.
It's a raw sake, but I don't think it's too tangy.
It tastes great in a wine glass or in a boar 😋.
The sweetness decreases as the day goes by, so it would be better to drink it as soon as possible.
