New brand of Kouei Chrysanthemum. I have a feeling that the skin color will be different from the past due to the image from the name, high alcohol, etc. 🤔.
Fine chili foam. Flavor when you drink it is what you have felt before, but the strength of the body and volumetric was not so strong 😮.
I wonder if the expansive flavor of grains and the complexity of the lingering finish are unique to Kame-no-o. I think Kame-no-o has a flavor that can only be expressed with grains other than rice 🌾.
It does not have as much alcohol as the 17°, but it has a calm and sturdy taste. And the center of gravity is clearly lower than before.
As the day goes on, it becomes even calmer and more sake-like. It also develops a nutty, savory flavor, making it more complex✨.
And a strange sensation that makes you want to drink it slowly. It's different from the Koei Kiku that I've always been in a hurry to drink 😅.
I took a chance and heated it up 🍶.
I've never felt that way before...human skin.
Try it if you can afford the quantity. It's outstandingly delicious 😋.
So-called Koei Kiku-ness fades though 💦.
