ねむち
The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (1929)
Yizuisui's booth.
The person at the brewery was wearing a headband of "Mikyan", a character from Ehime, so Mr. Bouken said that he had to go there to get involved.
It seems that Mr. Kondo, the president of Hanaheizakura, made him wear the headband.
◉"Hiroshima-style dry" junmai sake
The taste is rich with rice flavor and a bit nutty. I felt the spiciness later on.
◉"Junmai Ginjo Yizuisuishin" Mu-pressure pressed (Autumn)
(It is a hiyaoroshi, which means "autumn" in Japanese. It has a mellow umami, and a bit nutty afterwards.
◉Mai-kyoku (aged in the warehouse)
Mellow rice flavor and acidity, with a mellowness and a clean finish. A little spicy.
◉Hattori Junmai Nama Nama Sake
This sake is extremely rare, and the brewery's staff have given it their seal of approval as a truly delicious sake.
It has the volume and flavor of a pure sake. The aroma on the nose is a bit nutty.
◉Junmai Daiginjo Nama-nihonjou ◉Yizuisuishin Bottle Enclosure
I don't know what it is, but it is gorgeously sweet and tasty, with just the right amount of nuttiness and umami.
◉The ultimate five-step brewing process
A very nice sake, with a nice, robust flavor.
◉ Ultimate Yizuisuishin Daiginjo
The ultimate Yizushin Daiginjo. 30% polished rice. The water tastes great, but the umami is very present. It is exceptionally delicious 😋.
I was so drunk that I wrote a lot of nuts in my notes.
