The palate has a slightly hard minerality.
In the mouth, the mild acidity with a gentle lactic acidity is impressive at first, but after swallowing, a solid bitterness spreads on the tongue.
The citrus acidity is solid, almost a connection from sourness to bitter bitterness.
The aftertaste is hard, sharp and clean.
