The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kami Ongaku Mie Shinshu Festival⑯. After leaving the deep Mie Sake area, I moved to the Ajishokan food stall area in search of Jikkomai and found a long line of people waiting... This was not an outdoor tent booth, but a booth inside the building, and it was extremely crowded. I gave up in tears. I got myself back on track and went to the food stall area along the moat. ◉Gizaemon Hatsu Shibori Junmai Ginjo Not the Wakabisu brand, but two Gizaemon varieties, and I was curious about the Hatsu Shibori... It has a nice freshness, a good acidity, and a good balance of umami and bitterness. I guess the main area was near the taiko drum tower, and there seemed to be many breweries in this area. I'll post a map of the venue as well.
