I will have the discovery series of Kangiku, which I drank this time last summer. Last year, I drank the orange and green labels, so this is my first blue one.
This one seems to be lightly cloudy. The aroma has a subtle spottiness. It seems to be made from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice. On the palate, the rice is sweet, mildly spicy, refreshing and delicious 😊I would like to try the red label (Koshihikari).
