Forgot to post this 😅 I've been wanting to drink it for a long time and finally came across Ine Mangaka🌸🌸. When I was in Chiba on business, I talked to the guy at the store and he told me about this limited edition sake, brewed from ancient rice (purple-black rice) with a low rice polishing of 97%. The first sip, just the supernatant. The impact was incredible 🤣. Is this sake? What is this aroma? It's not even wine 💦. I would say it's a strong habit, but I've never encountered a scent like this before. Next, let me stir it to mix the oli, and I'll take it. Oh, the aroma is still the same but I feel the texture/throat of rice, so it's a little calmer, not, lol. Hmmm. What kind of change will happen after this explosion of individuality😓? I wonder how it will change after this. Because it has settled down? I don't know why, but it's addictive 🤣. I'm sure you'll like it or dislike it, but if you're interested 👀.
