50% Yamadanishiki x 50% Gohyakumangoku, 14% alcohol by volume.
Slightly foamy, sweet, fruity.
Taste like white wine. To go with bouillabaisse. Very good with Western food. It would also go well with Japanese food with a strong flavor. The class seems to have a deeper flavor if you drink it in a wine glass. It has a taste that can be challenged even by those who don't like sake that tastes like sake.
