This is an unusual sake. It is an interesting sake that has a well-balanced combination of a sense of concentration derived from the raw material that is typical of low-milling rice and a refreshing sparkling taste. The aroma is so clearly defined that it can be described as yogurt-like, and overall it is an attractive sake.
