シン・ハブ
Hozasu from the Land of Origin
This sake is brewed with rice naturally cultivated from "Hozasu", a species native to Kumamoto during the Edo period.
Last year, it was sold out the day after it went on sale, and this year we were able to take revenge.
It has a slightly drier impression than regular Yamada-Nishiki.
The aroma is mild.
It is not so much fruity as umami.
The sense of effervescence is as strong as ever.
It does not interfere with food and is easy to match with anything, but from the fizzy feeling, I feel that it is suitable for toasts, appetizers, and sashimi.
