Crowdfunded sake from Hiiroku Brewery, Iwate.
It is a craft saké sake using secondary ingredients, but since the secondary ingredient is germinated brown glutinous rice, it almost has a sake-like atmosphere.
It tastes sweet and is easy to drink. It has a mild flavor and a moderate acidity.
I hope they continue to make a variety of sake!
