Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a fresh pear-like aroma with a sense of gas.
The supernatant has a fresh pear-like sweetness and acidity, and the latter half disappears nicely with a hint of bitterness.
The overall impression changed to mild when the oli was mixed.
Hats off to Yamazan for this freshness after fire-roasting.
