We had this bottle at Takazawa Sake Shop last month. The day after tomorrow, the day after the Joetsu Sake Festival, I will be in the Shinshu area, but it looks like they are closed on Sundays, so I regret that I will not be able to visit again. I missed buying some sake the last time I was there😅.
Well, the sake is delicious, with a light sweet acidity and a slight umami flavor 😋.
I would like to have a bottle of this sake at all times 🍶.
