Nabeshima特別純米酒 吉川産山田錦
ずおとん
I had been curious about Nabeshima for a while. When I asked for a recommendation, I was told that this Junmai-shu made from Yamada-Nishiki produced in Yoshikawa was recommended, so I bought it. When I drank it, I found that it had a sweet fruity aroma like ripe melon or peach, which is my personal favorite type of aroma that is elegantly understated. The mouthfeel is sweet and slightly gassy, with a strong umami flavor. I also detected bitterness and acidity, and the complex flavors were well balanced, making it a very tasty sake. Thank you very much for the sake.
