It was a drink that I have been familiar with since I was a minor in Gohashi Junior High School, where I was from. (The reading is different.) I had been trying to buy it if it was on sale, but I never came across it.
I had been thinking of buying it if it was sold, but I never came across it, but I happened to see it at a liquor store, so I bought it.
It was the first time I tried this sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and I found it to be very tasty, with a soft, slightly sweet taste.
The sweetness lingers in the mouth for a while and you can enjoy the aftertaste.
Ingredients: Yamadanishiki produced in Yamaguchi Prefecture
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Sake degree: +4
Price: 3300 yen/1800ml

Pandarasan. Nice to meet you. That's great that you started from junior high school. I used to go to Katahira from time to time. Your tasteful comment, Gokyo, makes me want to drink it!
