For our first sake of 2022, we're going to splurge a bit and have an unfiltered, unpasteurized Koyogiku sake! This was my second time drinking it. The opening of the bottle made a pleasant sound. It has a bitter and sour taste like grapefruit. It's delicious, but as the owner of the liquor store said, it's a bit stiff. Or is it less sweet than before?
