Purchased at Miwa's own store on 11/22.
I drank the first shibori ogara-mi there and brought this one back as a trophy.
The aroma and mouthfeel are sweet and sour, as is typical of the Mikorosugi, and it also has the petitiveness of new sake, making it crisp and refreshing. ✨️
Compared to the orikarami, the flavor of the rice and a moderate bitterness can still be felt clearly.
It was very easy to drink and delicious!
